Meditation

Meditation of  Lord Buddha

Meditation and Yoga are the basic of Eastern Asia mostly of India . In this  article I will write about meditation .
In ancient time Hindu monks were done meditation in various lonely places like deep forest , inside of caves of the hills only to achieve their beloved God/Goddess . Such of their meditation would run year after year ; during such meditation , they did not take any food , only meditation as called akhanda-dhyan .
In ancient age of India , God would also do meditation . The dhyan-murty of lord Shiva is very popular with Hindu shastra . Lord Shiva is the image of super natural power , he has nothing to require by mediation . Still he would do meditation , why ? Because to keep the balance of nature of the world .
What is meditation ? This is the best way to control of mind by oneself . Why we need such control of mind? Because , our mind is being disturbed by the worthy society . It is believing that , every human being had two minds , one is good and second one is bad . The bad mind is always trying to capture the good mind by its' evil power . Meditation is the cleaning process of the rust on the mind .
Commonly , the place of mind is at the abdomen . Thus are very freckle to move and very much affected or inspired by the evil power of the worthy society . Most of the time it moves ups and down and thus our mind is become very freckle . Meditation is one kind of soul refreshment .
How do we meditation ? First of all sit on the ground with flexible cloths coverings entire bodies . Fold two legs from knees like asan-mudra and keep the both hands strait on the folding knees , close eyes , imagine- the flame of a candle light in front of the closed eyes . Entire feeling should be centralized to that imaginary flame of candle light . During this period of meditation , only calm and quiet atmosphere is required , otherwise , at the initial stage , concentration will be disturbed and meditation will interrupted .
Daily one hour meditation on regular bases is essential for us . We have to find out this one hour of our daily busy life for meditation . This is not only built strong positive mind keeping away from any bad effect of the worthy society , but also it prevents us from various health matters , like blood pressure , mental depression and also from anxiety , fear . Meditation increase the mental strength thus we can resist any undo matter of the society . Meditation makes us rational and teaches us to love nature and also mankind .
