Process of Meditation-2


Meditation-Sitting Mudra

Another thing is proper dress for meditation according to me, loose and light dress is always preferable. Some people prefer to take a bath before starting their meditation; it is good, but not compulsory . Swami Vivekananda would like to wear Bengali Dhoti which is as long as ladies' Sharee and one Chaddar or Uttario to cover the upper body. Lord Buddha would also wear all these cloths before starting meditation. In the case of other people, little loose trouser and little loose Sando-Bennian can be used.

Next matter is hair. This is also very vital for meditation practice. In the case of men, hair size will be very small or medium and the back-brass hair style is preferable. Women can tide their hair with hair-bands and the back-brass hair style is too preferable to them.

Thereafter, face is also a vital matter in the case of meditation. In the case of men, face will be clean-saved and before starting of meditation face will be washed with fresh and little cool water. In the case of women no make-up is preferable; they will also wash their face with fresh and little cool water too. All these process are helpful for built-up deep-mind-concentration.

Tension free mind is very essential before starting of meditation. Before starting of meditation, keep away all tensions, anxieties and start collection of pieces of mind from every point and try to make it one-mind; as a whole, forget the worthy world and try to think all positive and such a world where everything is positive.

Sit on the floor crossing two legs. Knees should touch the floor. Back should be straight. The positions of the head will be  the straight and little up. The back will straight and front will little bit forward;in this position take normal breath two-three minutes. Thereafter, both hands will keep on the knees and stay two-three minutes with open eyes looking forward ; normal breath.

At this sitting position take full breath and hold one second and realize the breath entirely just taking little inside the bally. This procedure will follow two-three minutes breath taking and realizing through nose shutting the mouth. After that, another two-three minutes follow this procedure; this time nose will close with hand and breath will take with mouth, full breath taking and realizing system.
