Process of Meditation-3

Enlightenment

Relax the body for two-three minutes with normal breathing with nose. After that, put hands on the knees as galactic mudra (first finger and thumb will joint in both hands); normal breathing will continue. At this position, concentrate entirely at your forehead.  It is not possible in early stage; in that case, keep one photo of your favorite flowers on the front-wall where you can look straight from such sitting condition.

The vital chapter is mind concentration. In initial stages everyone's mind is restless and fickle; this is not easy task to take control of mind in our hands. It means, anyone's mind will be under his control and his mind will move according to its owner's choice.

Sitting is proper in dhyan mudra. Body is ready for deep meditation. Normal breathing is running. Hands keep on the knees at galactic mudra. Photo of the favorite flowers is on the front-wall which can see straight view. The meditation place is very calm and quiet; no noise is heard. The entire atmosphere is suitable for meditation.

Concentrate your vision of the flowers' photo….deep concentrate your vision and try to call your mind to see the flowers' photo….3…2…1..; now slowly close your eyes and concentrate your mind vision at your forehead. Create imaginary center-light at your forehead and look at that center-light with your full and one-mind; just pronounce…om….om…om… ; thus take inside your entire identity….om….om…om; just forget who you are…where you are…normal breathing will continue… .

Few days after, you will see your mind are gradually coming up from the down step and thus it will reach at the center of your heart. As much as your mind will come up you will see a spot of light in front of your closed eyes….mind is coming up…..the spot light is becoming medium…big….bigger..a divine feeling will cover your entire mind and soul….thus you feel entire universe within you. This is called spiritual feelings which can easily control the fickle mind and turn it towards the welfare of mankind.

But this situation is not come in a day; it takes long and log time through regular practice of meditation. It keeps human's body healthy and keeps away from various diseases.

  1. The online dictionary dictionary.com defines Grace as the "unmerited favour and love of God". But do we really understand what this means? Let me give you an example, imagine there are two children and the first child goes to his father and demands for this or that persistently until the father gives in, if for no other reason than to quiet the child. Now the other child goes to the same parent and in the most loving way repeatedly says "I love you", "I love you" without any demands or requests, what so ever.
